BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Healing neighborhoods from violence is the goal for District 4 Councilor J.T. Moore. He is the voice for many neighborhoods like Kingston, Brownsville Heights, East Birmingham, Woodlawn, and others.
Moore has only been in office for two years and is already finding solutions to combat violence in many of the communities that he serves.
Right now, Moore is strengthening neighborhoods by connecting relationships with programs and churches to bring down gun violence and other issues.
